Van Brunt Stillhouse Rye Spirit

Van Brunt Stillhouse is a New York State Farm Distillery in the heart of Red Hook, Brooklyn

Made in small batches of 30 gallons at a time from New York State rye and malted barley. It's aged for at least one year in small American oak casks and is unfiltered to preserve all its flavours.

This unusual Rye has notes of toffee, caramel and stone fruit with a hint of chocolate on the finish.
