Le Serines comes from multiple terroirs and has matured for 18 months in 40% new French oak prior to bottling. It has an intense, complex nose of dark fruit enhanced by lavender, spice and liquorice. The flavourful palate is packed with mulberries, dark cherries, olives, violets and black pepper. It has a silky texture with fine tannins and balanced acidity.
