The Domaine has 30 hectares all plated with Chenin Blanc and the family has been making wine since 1875. The Pétillant has a little less atmospheres than traditional sparkling wines and Champagne and this shows with a softer mouth feel and gentle bubbles. The wine has a lovely crispy apple character.
