A 12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky bottled at Cask Strength of 57.1% ABV.
Inchgower distillery, situated near the fishing port of Buckie, produces a distinctly coastal single malt. This twelve-year-old expression is first aged in cask and then finished in Sauternes, resulting in a nose of spiced apples and hedgerow, followed by hints of sweet apricot syrup and cigar box with a touch of the sea. On the palate, there is a light, lively body with delicate floral notes, a touch of peach, and a hint of white pepper. The finish is long with a touch of sherbet and dry fire on the finish.
Bottled at cask strength, no colour added or chill filtration
