A classic white vermouth from Piedmonte. Pressed botanicals made from an infusion of wormwood, lemon balm, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, sage and turmeric are added to local Piedmontese wine (Cortese) and sugar and lightly fermented. The resulting vermouth has signature bitter notes of wormwood and light hints of flowers and spice.
