Doorly's Barbados 14 Year Old Rum

The wonderful 14 Year Old Barbados rum from Doorly's is made at the small family-run Foursquare distillery in Barbados. The label carries a picture of the Spix's Macaw a rare breed of tropical bird believed to be nearly extinct. 14 years of ageing has done this rich tipple rather well, as it's full of tropical fruit, toffee apple and ginger notes. This edition has been bottled at the slightly higher strength of 48% ABV.
