Domaine Les Pallières, a 62 acre plot of vines in Gigondas, was acquired in 1998 by the Vieux Télégraphe family in partnership with family friend Kermit Lynch. ‘Racines’ is a cuvée made with grapes from the estate’s oldest vines. It has a rich, velvety depth and harmony that defines old grenache when cultivated in refined terroirs. It is perfectly balanced and has a very high ageing potential.
