Champagne Lucian Collard Blanc de Noir Grand Cru Bouzy

The Collard family has been residing in Bouzy since the early 1900s. Lucian Collard, the current owner, is the grandson of the original proprietors and is now assisted by his god daughter, Auriane. The family owns two hectares of champagne dedicated vines, one in Bouzy and another in Celles sur Ource in the Aube. Auriane previously worked at Jacqueson for a year before joining Lucien to gain valuable experience.
