Bodegas Hidalgo was established by the Hidalgo family over 200 years ago and is still owned and run by the eighth generation today. They use only grapes grown in their own vineyards to make their wines.
Oloroso Seco Faraon is aged oxidatively for seven years in butts of American oak. The resulting wine is terrifically complex with distinct walnut aromas. The palate is dry, intense, rich and deep with a long and powerful finish.
Works well with tapas, dry aged cheeses and beef.
