La Sacristía is a small cellar within La Casa de Cilla. Built in 1782, this Andalusian style building was previously a grand residence, a storage facility, and a place where church tithes were collected until 1841. The beautiful La Sacristía is located next to a stunning Moorish patio adorned with elegant arches and stately columns., and holds some of the
finest and rarest palo cortado Barbadillo own - much of which is over one hundred
years old.
This is en Rama so a less filtered version, so offering more body richness and complexity can be best enjoyed when slightly chilled.
