A fresh, lemony nose with a saline note, hints of almonds and walnuts and an underlying menthol character which increases the overall elegance and fresh character. The palate has saline elements that remind us of the Manzanilla origins, and a slightly oily texture. Nutty and zesty flavours with toffee overtones. Deliciously long finish. A good match for Dark chocolate or pungent cheeses.
