Made with certified Organic grapes, this wine is harvested by hand and treated with care. It is fermented without the use of sulphites and native yeasts are used. After fermentation, 30% of the wine is aged in 300L American oak casks for 4 months before being refined for another 3 months in the bottle before release.
This Chianti has a delicate aroma of red cherries, raspberries, licorice, crushed flowers and spices. Medium bodied with lots of soft juicy fruit on the palate and fine tannins that lead to a lengthy finish.
