This range of limited release wines is hand crafted by Miles. Each Chapter is unique and only 467 bottles of Chapter Two produced.
Pale straw in colour and bursting with aromas of peach, citrus blossom, dry straw and toasted almonds. The palate has the same flavours as the aromatics with hints of tart quince and pithy notes on the mid palate. Creamy notes are evidence of time on the lees in the barrel. Finishes with a lovely clarity and freshness.

'Throughout my journey through the Cape Winelands I seek out interesting parcels of vineyards which speak to unique sites with the potential to produce top quality wines. This is a range where I can express these sites and produce small batches of exceptional wines from exceptional vineyard sites.
