Interestingly Paul Cluver are the biggest single Riesling grower in South Africa and a lot of it goes into this. The grapes are left to become affected with botrytis and are then hand sorted back at the winery. This is text book lush sweet wine but with great acidity the balance the sweetness. This is an absolute steal!
