2020 Kleine Zalze Vineyard Selection Sauvignon Blanc

This is made from dry farmed vineyards, so not irrigated and the grapes are picked in the morning to avoid the South African heat. Only the free run juice is transferred to the fermentation.

Textbook Sauvignon Blanc with classic gooseberry, and citrus aromas and a nice herbal edge. This would sit comfortably alongside premium New Zealand Sauvignon!!
