2020 Idée Fixe Premier Brut

Ideé Fixe was birthed by Margaret River's premier winemaker Vasse Felix as a stand alone Blanc de Blanc house.  This 'methode traditionnelle' sparkling wine uses handpicked Chardonnay grapes from a specialty vineyard in Karridale that benefits from bitingly cold winds blowing in from the Southern Ocean.

A lovely fine mousse, breezy minerality with zesty apple and citrus notes. 24 months spent on it's lee's gives the wine biscuity notes and textural complexity.
