A wonderfully characterful Sancerre from the village of Bué, one of the finest in the appellation. It has intense aroma of white peach, citrus and fresh herbs. The nose opens up with scents of anise, mint and elderflower. The palate is lively, fresh and floral with a with plenty of vibrant green fruit and herbal flavours, but it has a weight and texture that stands it out above the rest. Naturally a great aperitif, it's also ideal with seafood and the famous Chavignol goat's cheese.
