Chateau de Laussac is located on the hillsides bordering the town of Saint-Émilion in the AOC Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux. The wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, 90% of which is aged in oak. Aroma and flavours of ripe black berry, cherry and black currant. Tannins are rounded and well balanced, the initial attack fruity and the finish elegant.
Will go well with red meat, barbecues and strong cheeses.
