Owner Luis Arneda works closely with his consultant and fellow winemaker Olivier Rivère, to produce some of the most exciting and innovative wines from Rioja Baja. All his wines show wonderful varietal purity and freshness which defy the heat and default style of the region.
Inédito Blanco is made with Garnacha Blanca from 50-year-old vines picked individually from a mixed field and aged for seven months in oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered. Flavours of fresh tropical fruit, peach, quince, wild herbs and a tangy grapefruit acidity. Hints of vanilla and cream balance out the fruit flavours.
