2017 Soalheiro Nature Alvarinho

The Nature is made form organic Alvarinho grapes, and made without the addition of sulphites. A true 'natural' wine and one that shines with 'pur terroir'.

Don't be put off by the cloudy appearance, this wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It has remarkable concentration of flavour, displaying red apple, pear and orange peel. A vibrant, pithy wine, it is balanced by a floral elegance and richness from full mololactic fermentation.
