Tenute Sella’s flagship wine which can be traced back to the 1671. This is arguably one of the most important vineyard sites in the whole of Piemonte. It is made from Nebbiolo 85%, Vespolina 15%. The Vespolina has softer tannin than Nebbiolo and as a result mellows the younger Nebbiolo. Again a wine that’s approachable now but will keep of developing for 30 years plus.
