2015 Jansz Tasmania Vintage Cuvee

Made in the traditional method this lovely sparkling wine has spent four years bottle ageing resulting in a wine with finesse, power and elegance. 

Intense aromas of citrus zest, lemon and sea spray are overlaid with  notes of brioche, toast and nougat. The palate is elegant and refined with preserved lemon, white peach, wild strawberries and rose water.
