Le Clos de la Thibaudière is an enclosed walled vineyard within the village of Brézé overlooking the Loire. 100% Chenin Blanc grapes are hand harvested and vinification takes place over nine months in oak first in a single vat and then in smaller barriques. Pale in colour, full bodied and with super fresh acidity, chalky minerality and citrus on the palate. Not to be drunk too chilled - would be great with oysters!
