Donkiesbaai on the West coast of South Africa has been the holiday home of the Engelbrecht family(owners of Rust-en-Vrede) for four generations. This pure expression of Chenin Blanc has bags of personality. On the nose aromas of citrus ,peach and a hint of pineapple. On the palate a racy intensity with prominent lemon and lime giving way to tropical fruits and peach and balanced by a lemon curd creaminess.
