Vinified in small oak casks which help conserve the aromatic range of the Pinot Noir grape from Grand Cru vineyards around Ay. There is sublime toastiness on the nose and a soft fruity edge on the palate balanced by a subtle spiciness and well balanced acidity. Exceptional with a range of dishes.
