2023 Domaine de Boischampt Beaujolais Jullie Blanc

This delightful Beaujolais Blanc is from an ancient domaine that is under new ownership and is now certified organic. Three hectares of Chardonnay vines are planted on pristine blue stone soils

The grapes are handpicked, and the fermentation process is entirely natural without any fining or filtration. Sulphites are only introduced during bottling. Ageing takes place for 4 months in wooden barrels.

The resulting wine is crisp and aromatic with notes of tart apples and citrus.
