2023 Domaine de BelAir Les Pierres Blanches Pouilly Fume

Domaine de BelAir is planted with 13 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc i n the commune of le Bouchot on the slopes coming out of the village of Pouilly. The wine spends some time on its lees to give more texture and to preserve its natural fruit characteristics. The resulting wine is bursting with fresh citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, along with pear and peach and some tropical notes. Fresh fruit flavours are accompanied by rich aromas of nettles and cut grass. The finish is clean with characteristic flinty notes.
