The Château and vineyards are situated at the very northern tip of the Corbières just to the south of the Minervois. Their Viognier grapes are harvested in the early evening and at dawn when the temperature is much cooler to retain the fresh flavours. The resulting wine is elegant and refreshing with citrus fruit, lemongrass and white flowers and beautifully balanced acidity. Interestingly 15% of the juice is vinified in oak casks for six months and the remainder in stainless steel.
