2021 Éric Forest Pouilly Fuisse Les Crays Premier Cru

Eric is passionate about his wines, the region and life. We first met him 15 years ago and were impressed by his passion and drive. His 2021 Les Crays is the second vintage where newly favoured Pouilly Fuisse sites have been designated as Premier Crus.  Grapes come from seven different parcels, averaging 55 years old, planted on the warmer, southern side of the Vergisson hill. The resulting wines are full, rich and with a chiselled minerality. They have great length and aging potential.
