This wine is made from Borsao's oldest vines, some of which are up to 60 years old and grown in uneven clay and limestone soils in the Alto Moncayo - at an altitude of 600-700 metres.
Aromas of mature red fruits and delicate floral notes dominate, characteristic of high-quality Garnachas. The palate is full-bodied and structured, bursting with flavours of ripe strawberry and bramble, accented by hints of warm vanilla and liquorice spice. The supple tannins are present but not overpowering, resulting in a generous and lasting finish.
