2020 M Chapoutier Saint-Peray Haut Chamblard

From the newest vineyard in the Chapoutier portfolio, vines were planted on decomposed granite soil with high sand and quartz content.  This vintage is predominately Marsanne with some Roussanne and aged on fine lees in stainless and old 600l demi-muids for 11 months. 

Elegant and well balanced with notes of toast, almonds and stone fruit. Luxurious on the palate with good texture and soft stone fruit leading to a long satisfying finish..
