The Château Larose Trintaudon produces ‘Les Hauts de Perganson’, their second wine. Located on the border of Pauillac and Saint-Julien, the Château is situated next to the renowned vineyards of Château Latour.
Made from the estate's younger vines, which have an average age of 15 years, this wine focuses on sustainability in both the vineyard and winery, mirroring that of the Grand Vin. The final blend features 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 6% Petit Verdot, with a hint of oak that accentuates the fruit flavours.
This Bordeaux blend features an intense ruby red colour. A luscious and mature aroma of blackberries, blackcurrant, sweet spices, and subtle wood undertones. The velvety tannins and balanced acidity make for a delicious wine, perfect to enjoy now.
