This is a 'Pet Nat' (Pétillant-Naturel) and comes from the region of Vinho Verde. This is made by leaving a few grams of sugar at bottling so a secondary fermentation happens in the bottle to give it a slight fizzy character. The wine will also be a bit on the cloudy side but is a lovely Vinho Verde
