An organic blend of Antao Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro, it is a creamy and elegant white wine from the Alentejo DO region. It is fermented and matured for 6 months in a combination of tank, new American and French oak barriques.
The resulting wine is redolent of fresh grapefruit and white peach. There is a subtle toasty oak integration with notes of peach and nutmeg that linger on the finish.
