2023 Jean-Baptiste Adam Pinot Gris 'Reserve'

Situated in Ammerschwihr JP Baptiste make the full range of Alsatian wines. His Pinot Gris Reserve is selected from the best limestone vineyards of Eguisheim to give pure varietal character. This is a lovely ripe Pinot Gris with notes of exotic spice, peach and melon on the palate with a flinty mineral backbone. There is a smooth and supple mouthfeel with a richness that is well balanced by a crisp acidity and a lingering finish.
