With 15% of the fruit fermented in barrels (the rest in stainless steel) this Alvarinho shows a more complex nature than many. It's still pristine and fresh but with a fuller body than the standard bottling (this is regarded as a 'reserve' wine). Finely controlled power, notes of green apple and lime zest and a wonderful creamy texture.
