Niepoort have joined Equipo Navazos to collaborate on this 100% with Palomino Fino grapes, coming from one of the unique Albariza vineyards, from around Jerez.
The wine does spend some time below a layer of flor adding a tell tale character instantly recognisable as coming from a Sherry. The wine has a wonderful freshness as well and only 12% of alcohol.
