2022 Mullineux Signature Old Vines Swartland White Blend

Founded by Chris and Andrea Mullineux in 2007, this winery is now
one of the most lauded in South Africa. Their Old Vines White is a blend of eight sustainably farmed parcels across the Swartland, ranging from 40 to 68 years old. The vineyards are planted on schist-based and decomposed granite soils, resulting in concentrated, complex wines with vibrant acidity.

This wine offers aromatic notes of peach, poached pears, and orange blossom, complemented by hints of dried honey. On the palate, it is both fresh and richly-textured, showcasing flavours of almond, yellow grapefruit, and ginger. These flavours linger on the palate, resulting in a long and layered finish.
