2022 Domaine Courtault Michelet Petit Chablis ‘Sous le Vent’

Domaine Courtault Michelet is located in Lignorelles, a small village just northwest of Chablis. Positioned atop a plateau, most of its vineyards face south or southwest, leading to earlier grape ripening compared to the rest of Chablis.

Crafted from carefully selected plots situated near the winery, the Petit Chablis is aged and fermented in stainless steel, with the wines resting on their fine lees until the following spring to achieve a rich structure and depth.
