This tequila starts out as 100% Blue Weber Agave, carefully cultivated for seven years. The cooked piñas are delicately extracted, revealing the inherent honeyed essence of the agave plant while ensuring any hint of bitterness is reduced.
The Blanco iteration undergoes a meticulous process of double distillation, followed by fermentation in open-air tanks amidst the refreshing aroma of citrus trees. It then matures for up to one month in French oak barrels previously employed for aging Napa Valley Chardonnay, giving it an exceptionally smooth flavour.
Its bouquet reveals a harmonious blend of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and green apple, with subtle notes of refined vanilla. Upon tasting, nuances of orange blossom tea intertwine with layers of honey and sweet orange, complemented by gentle hints of white pepper for a balanced experience.
