John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum

Rum blender J D. Taylor's have been making this since 1890.  A low-proof rum infused with lime zest, ginger root, cloves and other whole spices, almond and sugar. It has become an essential ingredient in many Caribbean cocktails but also can be added to tonic or soda water with a squeeze of fresh lime to make a refreshing drink.
