Courtyard Dairy and Harrogate Wines, Cheese and Wine Masterclass, Thursday 10th October @7pm

We’re thrilled to present this Cheese and Wine Tasting event featuring Andy Swinscoe from The Courtyard Dairy and our very own Andy from Harrogate Wines.

For those who aren't familiar, The Courtyard Dairy near Settle is a multi-award-winning gem, celebrated for its outstanding selection of cheeses. Andy and his team are true experts, focusing on rare, traditionally crafted cheeses sourced directly from small-scale producers. These cheeses are meticulously aged on-site to perfection, enhancing their unique flavors and character. The Courtyard Dairy is multi award winning and frequently written about by food journalists; they also supply a number of highly regarded and Michelin-starred restaurants.

During the event, you’ll enjoy an aperitif on arrival a tasting of six exceptional cheeses, handpicked by Andy Swinscoe, perfectly paired with six wines selected by our team. As this is a masterclass, Andy Swinscoe will share insights into each cheese, while our Andy will guide you through his thoughts behind the wine pairings. While it’s too early to reveal the exact cheese and wine selection, we can promise an evening of great flavours and expert knowledge that you won’t want to miss! 

This is a tutored tasting so we will be seated together around two large boardroom style tables.
