Noir is 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir grown organically with minimal intervention wine making.. The juice and wine has had no additions including sulphur dioxide. Unfined and unfiltered it is the purist expression of Pinot noir Escarpment has fashioned to date. Attractive red cherry and sweet liquorice aromas. The wines structure and texture sit perfectly with ripe fruit flavours and combine with intriguing complexity. Soft, fresh and very juicy on the palate with a lingering clean finish.
