A wine that is named after the oak forests (Coyam) which surround Emiliana's magical Colchagua home, Los Robles. Coyam is a field blend of Syrah, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Malbec, Garnacha, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Mourvedre.
The nose is rich and herbaceous with dark fruits, and natural charcoal and tarry notes. The palate is rich and packed with complex fruit character. Good concentration and tightly grained tannic structure draws out the persistent finish.
