100% Syrah is fermented using indigenous yeasts to fully express the terroir . After fermentation the wine is aged for 14 - 16 months, 80% in oak and 20% in stainless. The nose is full of raspberry with hints of violet, spices and a touch of black olive and rosemary. The palate is unctuous with a woody, spicy and vanilla finish.
