The Barreda family have been making wine since the 18th Century in the town of Corral de Almaguer, south east of Madrid. Their Tempranillo is a blend from grapes three vineyards and is a 50/50 blend of older non irrigated vineyards and younger irrigated vineyards, then aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.
