2022 La Crema Monterey Chardonnay

Monterey, located on the windswept coast of California, is renowned for its cool and lengthy growing season. Spanning 90 miles from Monterey Bay, this region is characterised by farmland and rolling hills, constantly influenced by the chilly winds and fog from the nearby Pacific Ocean. Despite the abundance of sunshine, the constant influx of cold air creates a unique contrast in climate.

Aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, lemon zest and apricot underscored with clean mineral notes. The tropical fruits continue in the mouth with an explosion of pineapple in particular. Hints of biscuit on the finish with is a well balance Chardonnay.
