High West Bourbon has to be the most innovative and welcoming bourbon from the American West. A combination of straight bourbon whiskeys, aged at least two years in charred American oak barrels. This blend is never chill filtered or treated to keep as much flavour as possible. It features a variety of high rye mash bills, resulting in a complex and earthy flavor with a touch of spice and a perfect balance of richness and brightness with hints of honey nougat, sweet biscuits, and zesty lemon.
