An independent bottling of Glen Spey. It was distilled in 2008 and then bottled in 2019 with at a cask strength of 55.9% ABV.
The nose is light and fresh with aromas of malt, hints of menthol and grass, and a touch of honey. The palate impresses with toasted malt and brown sugar, notes of orange peel, herbs, and vanilla. The finish is a long-lasting with subtle notes of aniseed and menthol, perfectly complementing the oily malt.
