This red blend, pays tribute to the lighter-bodied South African wines of the ‘60s. It is made up of 60% Shiraz (Helderberg) and 40% Cinsault (Firgrove). Its delicate nose offers aromas of black cherries, dried cranberries, herbs, and a hint of crushed rose petal. Shiraz contributes meaty nuances and peppery spice, while Cinsault adds fragrant aromatics. Fleshy yet supple, with dense fruit and crunchy, persistent tannins from whole bunch grapes.
